CFT Chronic Fatigue Training

We incorporate the best of many training methods and disciplines to increase our student’s fitness and improve their strength and conditioning, including some lesser know methods such as Controlled Fatigue Training (CFT), which is a programe of exercises designed by the highly regarded ex-armed forces, nutritional expert and authour, Ori Hofmekler, that have been devised to methodically train the body to resist fatigue under intense physical stress, while gradually improving all performance capabilities (i.e. strength, speed, velocity, and sustained power). The results have been outstanding.
